Instructions

Step 1
Heat the grill to medium heat

Step 2
Butterfly-cut the chicken then cut into 2.5 oz portions (1 piece per serving). Grill about 5 minutes per side or until cooked through and no longer pink. Baste the chicken with BBQ sauce while grilling.
Step 3
Once the chicken is cooked through, place on the top rack and turn the grill off. Immediately add the cheese to the chicken and close the grill to allow the cheese to melt.
Step 4
Chop or slice the apples, red onions and cabbage then add to a bowl. Add the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, stevia, salt and pepper; stir until well combined.
Step 5
Weigh the slaw and divide by the number of servings.
Step 6
Toast the sandwich things. Evenly distribute the BBQ Cheddar Chicken to the buns and top each burger with one serving of slaw.
