Instructions
Step 1
Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil on a medium heat.




Step 2
Add minced beef and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.


Step 3
Add 3/4 of the can of condensed mushroom soup and cook for a further 2 minutes.


Step 4
Add thickened cream and continue to stir occasionally.


Step 5
Finally, add chopped mushrooms and broccoli and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.



Step 6
Add salt and pepper as desired to taste.
