Step 1
Beat the eggs first, add sugar and vanilla sugar, then add oil, half a baking powder, flour, and grated peel of half a lemon. I make them with 4 cups of flour and 2 cups of walnuts. I think they are nicer and softer that way.
Step 2
Take a little dough, make balls. Make a hole in the middle with a welder, and fill it with jam. Stir two tablespoons of jam with a little lemon juice to make it easier to fill the holes.
Step 3
Bake a dozen nuts at 180 degrees. Simple, and very tasty.
Step 4
If the dough sticks by accident, then the hands are rubbed with flour.
