Step 1
Combine the sifted dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add the milk little by little and finally add the oil.
Step 2
Mix with a whisk or an electric mixer until all lumps are eliminated. Grease and flour a 30cm cake mold.
Step 3
Pour the mixture and cook at 175° celsius for 35 minutes.
