Instructions

Step 1
Melt butter over low heat and add the chopped dates and wait till softened
Step 2
Mix the egg and sugar together and add to the date mixture
Step 3
Break the biscuits into small pieces and stir into the date mixture. Let mixture cool down before making into little balls, the size of your choice
Step 4
Make balls and roll in coconut leave to set
