Instructions
Step 1
Add lukewarm water to a large bowl with instant yeast and sugar, and whisk together.
Step 2
Add in the flour, salt and oil and mix together with a spatula. Let rest for 4 hours.
Step 3
Put a good amount of oil into a 20cmx20cm baking dish. Slide in your dough and spread it out with your fingers. Let it rest for 45 minutes.
Step 4
Preheat your oven to 220°C.
Step 5
Press into the dough with your fingertips quickly to remove some of the air bubbles.
Step 6
Drizzle with more oil and sprinkle with salt and fresh rosemary. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
