Instructions

Step 1
Combine the salt, pepper, garlic, onions, paprika, brown sugar, BBQ sauce and water in the slow cooker. Add the pork roast and nestle it into the other ingredients

Step 2
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. When pork is finished cooking, shred it and return it to the sauce.
Step 3
Toss the pork with the cilantro before serving on hamburger rolls
