Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then melt the butter. Then whisk the granulated sugar into the melted butter.
Step 2
Whisk in the eggs. Then add the zest and juice of one lemon. So about 3 tbsp of juice. You may add more or less.
Step 3
Now add in flour and salt, mix until the batter is smooth. Then pour batter into an 8x8 pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 4
To make glaze, whisk powdered sugar with lemon juice. About 1/2 of a lemon for 2 cups of powdered sugar. But you can pick differently. Once bars have cooled, pour glaze on top and wait until it hardens. Enjoy!
