Pineapple Cream Puffs(Profiteroles)

I made the pineapple curd from this recipe and alone, it tasted a little wonky. Not sure how to describe it, but it wasn’t great. But when I mixed it with some whipped cream the end result tasted like a piña colada. It was great!i might try to add some pineapple chunks to the end result next time to really enhance the flavor and give a little bit more texture.
