Instructions

Step 1
Cut up cauliflower and place on a lined baking sheet. Roast for 25mins at 450.
Step 2
Melt butter, cream cheese, heavy cream, cheeses, mustard and salt and pepper. mix till creamy.
Step 3
When cauliflower is done roasting, put into a large casserole dish and mix with cream sauce. Put some cheese on top.
Step 4
Put in oven and broil until the top is golden brown.
