Instructions

Step 1
Get your skillet heated up to a good medium high. Cook the pancetta until it begins to crisp. Remove pancetta and place on a paper towel. Keep the fat from the pancetta and add the shallot. Cook for one minute. Add the garlic and Fresno. Then add your beans and thyme and pepper to taste. Pour the chicken stock in, add some parsley and simmer for a minute or two and toss a few times. That’s it! No salt because the pancetta Dj stock both offer plenty.
