Instructions
Step 1
Add 1 jar of alfredo sauce – 15 ounces
Step 2
Pour in 1 cup of chicken broth or water
Step 3
Then pour the 2nd cup of broth inside your alfredo jar, add the top and shake. Pour this into your pot now.
Step 4
Sprinkle in 3 cups of medium shells or other small uncooked noodles, stir. Or pat down the pasta to cover it with sauce & broth mixture. Add the garlic, butter, heavy whipping cream, salt.
Step 5
Set to pressure cook high for a 4 minute cook time - BUT check the cooking time on the pasta package, split time in half & add 1-2 minutes as an adjustment of time for different types of pasta!
Step 6
Allow steam to naturally release for 2 minutes
Step 7
Then quick release the pressure and open lid.
Step 8
Turn pot off, add salt and pepper to taste, stir and serve hot, add parmesan on top if you’d like
