Instructions
Step 1
- 33g of spiralli pasta boiled in salted water
Step 2
100g chicken fried off with red pepper and onion, add bbq fajita seasoning from @oldelpasouk
Step 3
- Mix 20g light @heinz_uk mayo, tbsp reduced fat sour cream together with 1/2 tsp chipotle paste, 10g light cathedral city cheese add in cooked pasta and chicken mixture alongside shredded lettuce stir to combine!
Step 4
- I added some spring onions & coriander
