Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F and coat a 9x13 in baking pan with cooking spray.
Step 2
Whisk together flours, baking powder and soda, spices, and salt. In a large bowl, mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, and oil.
Step 3
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix to combine. Chocolate chips/raisins are an excellent addition to the batter. Spread the batter into the pan and even it out.
Step 4
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 5
You could also use a 8x11 pan and bake for 30-35 mins. Chai spice is a nice addition as well.
