Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare a large cookie sheet lined with foil and topped with cooling rack.

Start by cutting each jalapeno in half and scooping out the white ribs and seeds. Getting all of the white ribs and seeds will make the jalapenos mild and kill the heat. Be sure to either use gloves or wash your hands thoroughly after handling the jalapenos

Place jalapenos in a colander and rinse throughly with cold water and transferring to paper towels to dry.

While the jalapenos are drying off, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese and seasoning together. You can use a fork to mash up the cream cheese or a hand mixer works.

Cut bacon in half. Using a teaspoon, scoop the mixture into the halved jalapeno (diving equally in to each half).

Step 6
Wrap the halved slice of bacon around the stuffed jalapeno and place on cooling racked cookie sheet.

Once all the jalapenos are wrapped and on cookie sheet, place in preheated oven for 30-40 mins until the bacon is cooked through and to your liking.
