Instructions
Step 1
1️⃣Firstly, skin and slice the salmon into small chunks and slice the asparagus in half
Step 2
2️⃣Now simply roll out the puff pastry onto a baking tray and score a line round the edge all the way round roughly 1 inch from the edge
Step 3
3️⃣Add 2-3 tbsp of pesto and smooth across the pastry up to the line
Step 4
4️⃣Now add the grated cheese + asparagus + salmon plus a pinch of pepper and fold up the edges and lightly brush the edges with olive oil
Step 5
5️⃣Bake at 200C for 20 minutes
