For the pumpkin vanilla syrup:

Mix all ingredients (except vanilla) into a saucepan and whisk. Heat until the sugar dissolves. Take off the heat and add vanilla. Pour into a jar or bottle.

For the pumpkin cream:

Froth ½ cup of milk (oat milk, half and half, etc.) with desired amount of pumpkin syrup.
To assemble the drink:

Mix 1-2 tablespoons of vanilla maple syrup to a glass of cold brew coffee. Add the pumpkin cream to the top.
