Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325° f
Step 2
Combine the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, clothes, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set this aside.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar in an electric mixer until blended. Add the eggs and beat them into the mixture well. Add the pumpkin to the mixture and mix it well.
Step 4
Add to the first mixture that contains the flower into the mixture that contains the pumpkin. Mix it well.
Step 5
Lubricate two bread pans with butter or baking spray and pour the mixture into the baking pans.
Step 6
Cook for about 65 minutes to 75 minutes. Start at the lower end and then check.
