Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken in a shallow dish. Pour buttermilk, add eggs if you want, add red chilli sauce & black pepper over chicken and refrigerate for 2- 4 hrs or overnight.

Preheat an air fryer to 380 degrees on 4 mins and than fry.
Step 3
Mix flour, seasoned salt, red chilli powder, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper in a large resealable bag. Add chicken in seasoned flour. Dip back into the buttermilk or water, then coat again in all purpose flour batter. while doing the second coat press your chicken and coat this will create crisp layer.
Step 4
Spray the basket of the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 5
Arrange 1/2 of the chicken in the basket, making sure none are touching. Spray the top of each chicken with cooking spray properly like a oil spa.
Step 6
Cook in the preheated air fryer Flip. Spray tops of chicken again. Cook until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 10 more minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F. Repeat with remaining chicken.
