Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and place them between two sticks to cut thin slices in the potatoes.
Step 3
Put them in a baking pan and pour over melted butter, crushed garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Bake them in the oven for about 45min and turn them after 20min.
