Instructions
Step 1
1️⃣Firstly, slice the potatoes into cubes and add to a large mixing bowl along with the olive oil + spices + garlic granules + pinch salt & and shake to combine
Step 2
2️⃣Place in the air fryer at 205C for 20 minutes until nice and crispy
Step 3
3️⃣Meanwhile in a small bowl mix together the coconut yoghurt + harissa paste + lemon juice + salt until well combined
Step 4
4️⃣Finally, add the crispy potatoes to a bowl, top with that sauce and sprinkle of fresh parsley and serve
