You can replace the brown sugar for other alternative, like Agave syrup but if so adjust the liquids. Adjust the liquids, reducing the oil and milk.
Instead of chocolate or with it you can add nuts or other dry fruits you may like.

Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC

Mix the flour, oats, yeast, vinegar, salt and sugar

Mix the oil, milk and vanilla
Step 4
Mix everything
Step 5
Make dough balls to your desired size and put it on a tray and into the oven for around 15m
Step 6
Remove them when golden
