Instructions

Step 1
Mix flour, salt, water and bowl in a bowl.
Step 2
Knead the dough for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Cut into 6 pieces and roll the dough into a large circle
Step 4
Cook the dough on a frying pan for a minute in each side or till the colour changes
Step 5
Cut the circle into fours. Make a flour paste with 1:1 water ratio of water to flour as glue. Fold quarter circle into a triangle and add filling. Using the paste to glue the folds together
Step 6
For the filling: Fry ground beef, add xawash, add garlic, gloves, ciltrano, and vegetable seasoning. Cook till liquid evaporates. Let filling cool, then add diced red onions
