Beef bouillon powder
season to taste
1clove garlic

0.25bell pepper
small dice
1 stalkscallion
thin rounds, separate greens and white
2 tablespoonssoy sauce
2 teaspoonsoyster sauce
2 tablespoonsworcestershire sauce
1 teaspoonsugar
1 teaspoonblack pepper
½ teaspoonchili flakes
optional
3 tablespoonswater
½ tablespooncorn starch
½ tablespoonbutter
garlic
Crunchy, fried, as needed
Instructions
Step 1
Season the steak on all sides with the beef bouillon powder. Set aside
Step 2
Cut the garlic, bell pepper and scallions. Make sure to separate the scallion greens and whites. Set aside
Step 3
In a bowl combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, black pepper, chili flakes, water, and cornstarch. Mix well.
Step 4
Heat pan with oil and sear steak on both sides and cook to desired temperature.
Step 5
Let steak rest for 10 minutes before cutting into it.
Step 6
In the same pan as the steak, sautee the garlic, bell pepper, and scallion whites for 1 minute. Then add the sauce.
Step 7
Once the sauce thickens, turn off the heat and add the butter. Stir in the butter until it melts.
Step 8
To plate, cut the steak into strips or cubes, and place on plate. Add the sauce on top. Sprinkle the scallion greens, and top it off with crunchy fried garlic.
