Instructions

Step 1
Heat to boiling water in saucepan. Add vegetable oil and salt. Stir in flour all at once.
Step 2
Beat rapidly over low heat until it leaves sides of pan and forms ball.
Step 3
Remove from heat. Beat in 1 egg at a time.
Step 4
Mixture should be shiny and smooth. Will get thick.
Step 5
Drop dough by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Step 6
Bake at 450° for 20 min. Turn down to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 20-25 min. longer.
Step 7
Cool slowly. Cut off tops and remove insides.
