Instructions
Bake the Green Beans
Step 1
Turn oven on to 400 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Step 2
Combine green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, butter, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Spread into an even layer.
Step 3
Cover tray with foil. Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes.
Add the Chicken
Step 4
Carefully remove tray from oven and remove foil. Push green beans to one side. Careful, tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Top green beans with sun-dried tomato pesto and a pinch of salt.
Step 5
Pat chicken breasts dry, and add to empty side of tray. Top evenly with basil pesto, then Parmesan.
Bake the Meal
Step 6
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Step 7
Carefully remove from oven. Rest chicken 5 minutes. Bon appétit!
