Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, eggs, oil, applesauce and chopped apples in large mixing bowl with electric mixer for about 1 minute. Put cupcake paper in muffin tins. Fill papers 3/4 full with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cupcakes cool. Use popsicle sticks to ice the cupcake with the caramel apple dip. Then insert the stick in top of cupcakes so they resemble a caramel apple.
