Instructions

Step 1
Melt the butter in a large, heavy skillet over lowest heat. Stir in the curry powder and garlic, and then add the shrimp in a single layer. Cook 3-5 minutes per side or until the shrimp are pink all the way through.
Step 2
Transfer to serving plates and scrape the extra curry butter over them.
