½ teaspoonred chili powder
1 teaspoonground cumin
½ teaspoonred chili flakes
½ teaspoonturmeric
1 teaspoongaram masala
¼ cupyogurt
1 teaspoonginger paste
1 teaspoonlemon juice
0.25onion
thinly sliced
4green chili
finely chopped
0.1 bunchcilantro
finely chopped
0.1 bunchmint
finely chopped

Instructions
Paratha
Step 1
Heat pan on medium heat with oil.
Step 2
Coat tortilla in egg and fry for 1 minute on each side. Add 1 teaspoon of oil between each tortilla as needed.
Chicken Boti
Step 3
To the same pan used for paratha, add oil.
Step 4
Add chicken breast to pan and saute until lightly browned.
Step 5
Mix salt, red chili powder, cumin, red chili flakes, turmeric, and garam masala.
Step 6
Add spice mixture to pan and saute with chicken until spices stick to chicken and oil rises to top.
Step 7
Add 2 tablespoon yogurt to pan and saute until mixed. Repeat.
Step 8
Add ginger paste and saute.
Step 9
Add lemon juice and saute.
Step 10
Remove chicken from heat.
Assembly
Step 11
Add chicken to center of paratha.
Step 12
Add onion, green chili, cilantro, and mint on top of chicken as garnish.
Step 13
Add raita on top and roll.
