Instructions

Step 1
Put your cranberries in a food processor.
Step 2
Chop up the green onion, cilantro, and jalapeno into small pieces. You can use the food processor to make this quicker.
Step 3
Combine all ingredients (except for the cream cheese) in a bowl. Cover, and store in the fridge for at least 4 hours. The sugar needs time to soak into the cranberries and break up their bitter taste.
Step 4
When you are ready to serve, place your cream cheese blocks on a plate. Spread the cream cheese out evenly.
Step 5
Sprinkle the cranberry mixture over it.
Step 6
Serve immediately with crackers or tortilla chips.
