SPICY GARLIC BREAD

Step 1
Finely chop your garlic and parsley.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix room temperature butter with chopped garlic, parsley and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Add chilli paste and mix until you form a cream (I used gochujang but Nduja or your favourite chilli paste will work as well).
Step 4
Slice your bread loaf in half then spread half of your spicy butter on each big slice.
Step 5
Add grated mozzarella on top.
Step 6
Bake 200C/390F for 10 mins or until crispy. Buon appetito!
