Step 1
Have all ingredients out to get up to room tempature to prevent cracking. Put a pan of water in oven to make moist.

Preheat oven to 325.

Crush Nilla Wafers into crumbs.

Combine crumbs, and butter and press into bottom of springform pan.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla with mixer on medium speed until well blended.

Add Sour cream, mix well.

Add eggs 1 at a time mixing on low until just blended.

Pour over crust.

Bake for 1 hour and ten minutes or until center is almost set.
Step 11
Loosen cake from sides of pan. Cool before removing rim. Refrigerate overnight.
Step 12
To decorate arrange raspberries on top of chilled cheesecake brush with melted raspberry jelly.
