Step 1
Peel and boil the potatoes. Boil eggs until hard
Step 2
Simmer vegetable broth with peanut butter for 5 minutes
Step 3
Serve a bed of lettuce, slices of tomato, slice of cheese, half hard boiled egg, put 2 potatoes and cover with the peanut sauce. Add olives (optional)
