Crispy Smashed Potatoes

This is the dish that you can cook with your kids. It is a kinda fun process to squish the soft potato and make it crispy. Try it and enjoy time with your family!

Step 1

Peel and boil potatoes



Step 2

Drain the potatoes and let them dry in the colander for 5 minutes or so.

Place on the tray then use a large fork or potato masher to squish them,

Leave on the tray to steam dry for 5 minutes or so - makes them crispier!

Step 5

Drizzle with butter, then olive oil.



Step 6

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.



Step 7

Place it into an air fryer at 200°C/390°F for 55min.


Step 8
Chop the smashed potato with parsley.
