Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Fill a single muffin or pie hole with pastry and cut off any excess.
Step 2
Mix apple, honey & sugar together then pour onto pastry. Pour milk into uncooked tart until almost full.
Step 3
Bake for about 15 mins or until tart is crisp and milk has evaporated. Cover in cream to serve.
