Instructions
Step 1
Squeeze lemon juice into a shallow dish then add the water . Next halve and core three apples of any kind then place them core side down in the lemon water to stop them from browning



Step 2
Roll out the puff pastry and put it on a parchment lined baking tray . Then use a fork and prick a 1 centimeter border around the pastry . Sprinkle 1 tbsp sugar within the border then thinly slice the apples and layer them carefully and neatly


Step 3
In a pan heat 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of sugar and stir until it turns golden . Brush this all over the apples then bake 20-25 minutes at 220 c
