Lemon pepper pork chops

This is as easy as it gets! Use bone in pork chops for the best tasting Chops. Also works well with boneless pork chops. You can cook as many or as few as you want, it all depends on how many people are eating.

Wash and pat dry your chops.
Step 2
Lightly sprinkle Lemon pepper seasoning on both sides of each chop

When adding the lemon pepper remember that this ingredient is loaded with salt. So it will depend on how salty you want to go. But I always say a little bit goes a long way. But in case you put too much lemon pepper on your chop wash it off before you start cooking it and pat dry. And use less season. Add olive oil to the skillet, just enough for frying your chops. Cook on Medium heat until the center of the chop has No Pink color inside. Cook time depends on how thick the chop is. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
