Instructions
Step 1
1. Pour 2 tbsp of sunflower oil into a pan. Turn on stove to high heat.

2. Place 1 tortilla in the pan. Let it simmer for about 1 minutes.

3. Sprinkle most of the the cheese around the edges of the tortilla. Sprinkle the small amount of remaining cheese in the center of the tortilla. Let it simmer for about 1 minute.

4. Pour beans on the center of the tortilla

5. Place the second tortilla on top of all the ingredients. Use a spatula to flatten the quesadilla. Hold the spatula down on top of it for about 45 seconds.
Step 6
6. Carefully flip the quesadilla onto the other side. Let it simmer for about 60-90 seconds.
Step 7
7. Continue to flip carefully until cheese appears melted and tortilla appears slightly crisped
Step 8
8. Place quesadilla on a plate.
Step 9
9. Apply hot sauce and a small amount of onion powder.
Step 10
10. ENJOY
