Instructions
Step 1
Combine the black rice, water, vanilla and coconut cream in a saucepan and place over medium heat
Step 2
Bring to a simmer and then reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 30mins
Step 3
Stir through brown sugar (or honey) add a pinch of salt and cook for further 5 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat and divide between bowls and top with peaches. Serve hot or cold
