Instructions
Step 1
Add first three ingredients to a tall pot
Step 2
Bring to a rolling boil
Step 3
Once boiling, cook for 10 minutes
Step 4
Turn off heat, cool at least one hour
Step 5
Stir in vanilla extract once cool
Step 6
Store in a clean bottle in the fridge
