Instructions

Step 1
If for Sunday, take out Tuesday afternoon to thaw
Step 2
Take out giblets and neck
Step 3
Rinse well with warm water

Liberally run with salt
Step 5
Follow cooking instructions on turkey bag

Need to let it rest for 1/2 hour after done cooking and add 1/2 hour cooking time (just in case)

For the gravy

Step 7
1/4 c water
Step 8
1/3 c flour
Step 9
Add a little water on top
Step 10
Shake
Step 11
Boil turkey juices
Step 12
Add additional salt and pepper to taste (sometimes add chicken broth)
Step 13
Start stirring gravy and SLOWLY add flour and water mix
