Instructions
Step 1
Take 100 ml water in a small bowl and add honey and yeast to it and let it rest for 10 min
Step 2
Now mix maida and salt and remaining water and mix it up
Step 3
now add the yeast mixture and Knead it in the mixer or with hand for at least 10 minutes until it forms a soft dough
Step 4
add olive oil to the dough and knead it
Step 5
Now make the dough into a ball and it in a bowl and apply some olive oil on the top and wrap it up and let it rest for 1hr
Step 6
The dough will rise into double its size. now make dough balls of required weight and store them in the fridge
Step 7
The dough balls should be kept wrapped while they are kept in the fridge
