Step 1
1. Pre-heat the oven to 375 and line a baking tray with parchment paper
Step 2
2. Combine the Softened butter and Sugar with an electric Mixer and mix well. Once well combined, add the egg and vanilla and combine once more.
Step 3
3. Add in the dry ingredients in increments and well combine. Once well combined add in your chocolate chips and cool in the fridge for 12 minutes.
Step 4
4. Place medium size scoops of cookie dough (1 Tbsp size) on the tray and bake @ 375 for 7-8 minutes. Take out and let cool before enjoying!
