Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven at 165°C.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs, then the pumpkin puree. Stir in the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt).
Step 3
Pour your batter in a greased baking pan.
Step 4
Bake for 65 to 75 minutes to 165°C.
Step 5
Cool the pumpkin bread in the loaf pan for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan.
