Instructions

Step 1
Grill the buns under the oven for 30 seconds, mix mayo garlic ketchup and use as a sauce and base for the burger. spread the sauce over the bun
Step 2
Cut up the mushrooms and fry with butter and garlic put aside while cutting up the halloumi into small little slices and grilling them for few minutes.
Step 3
Put lettuce, spinach, cress and peppers into the buns place mushrooms and halloumi on top. as much as you like!
Step 4
use the sweet and chilli sauce and enjoy!
