Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil. Cook sausage and onions until sausage is brown. Drain grease. Return to pan and add garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Stir in tomatoes, cream and salt. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 3
Stir cooked pasta into sauce and add parsley.
Step 4
Sauce is also good if you add fresh spinach and cook it down in step two. Also yummy if you add a little parmesan cheese.
