Instructions

Step 1
Put the chicken breast in a heat-resistant bowl and stab it with a fork to make a hole.
Step 2
Add the green part of the green onion, sake, salt, and ginger, seal with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator, and leave it for about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Put the chicken on the microwave-safe plate, put plastic wrap, but not seal completely; cook the chicken in the microwave for 5 minutes and let it cool down. Keep the juice from the chicken.
Step 4
Slice the tomato thinly, and cut the cucumber.
Step 5
Combine the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl, and set aside.
Step 6
Please make sure the chicken is cooled, and shred it by hand.
Step 7
Place tomato, cucumber, and chicken, and pour the sauce.
