Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in one bowl till it forms a dough, lightly flour a surface and work the dough for a couple of minutes until smooth.
Separate the dough into 4 equal pieces, and roll each piece out into a naan shape.
Lightly oil a frying pan and heat on a medium heat. once hot, fry naan for 1 - 1&1/2 mins each side, put in a pre heated oven to keep warm whilst cooking remaining breads. Repeat for each bread, remembering to oil the pan before each.
