Brownie Bottom a Snickers Cheesecakes

Instructions

Step 1
preheat your oven to 350

2. Melt the butter in a pot, remove from the heat and stir in the white sugar

3. Once that is combined, mix in cocoa

4. Add in your eggs then add in the vanilla.

If you are using chocolate chips instead of chocolate chunks, you can mix in the 2/3 of a cup after the eggs are thoroughly combined into the mix

5. Once all that is mixed very, very well, add in your flour and barely stir it in. Just barely.

6. Line a 9x9 pan with parchment

7. I used chocolate chunks, which I placed on top of the batter. They sink into it.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until the brownies pull away from the green edges slightly

Cheesecake

Step 10
Make sure all ingredients are room temp.

Mix together cream cheese and sugar.
Step 12
Add sour cream and vanilla extract then mix

Add eggs one at a time. Pour on top of half baked and cooled brownies.

Bake at 325° for 20-30min or until done.

open oven door a little and let cool in over 30-45 min then in fridge for at least 2 hours

Melt some caramel chews and add peanuts

Spread on top of the very chilled cheesecake and brownie then let sit in fridge at least an hour.
Step 18
Melt some chocolate chips and a little shortening so that the chocolate is not 10 thick to pour.
Step 19
After the cheesecake is set cut into long bars and pour cooled melted Chocolate over them and sit them to cool
