Instructions

Step 1
roast the vegetables
Step 2
reduce the temperature to 160degrees
Step 3
saute the onions until brown
Step 4
whisk the eggs and cream with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Scatter the vegetables over the bottom ove the tart case along with chunks of cream cheese and feta.
Step 6
Poor over the cream mixture and bake for 45 minutes
